Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Customer recieves an email notification and tracking number once the order is dispatched.

If any orders are not received due to inaccurate information given by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

If a customer doesn't receive the package, we will charge the shipping and handling charges from the customer.
